Caixabank's sales department had a problem because it did not have a direct sales interface with its customers. It only had contracts and documents in PDF format, which were not interactive. This was solved by designing an intuitive and more organized interface where the manager can interact with the customer and also view their private information by switching between tabs, facilitating contracts with users.
